Santorini, the gem of Cyclades. Well known worldwide island for the view of Caldera, its picturesque white houses built on its cliffs and the famous volcanic sand beaches. The fact that it’s just 2 hours away from the island of Crete, makes this activity a Must-Do when you visit Heraklion.
45 min - We will start collecting participants from pick-up points in the morning. Depending on the place of your hotel/apartment the bus drive to the port of Heraklion will differ.
2 hr - Enjoy a 2.5 hours journey by a high-speed boat from Crete to Santorini. On board you can enjoy drinks and snacks from the snack bar (not included)

2 hr 20 min - Bus Drive to Oia: 40 minutes Visit the beautiful blue and white village built on the cliffs of Santorini, providing amazing views of the volcanic Caldera. Participants will enjoy about 1 hour and 45 minutes of free time, to photograph the Aegean architecture and the unique view over the caldera and the Aegean sea.
2 hr 30 min - Bur Drive to Fira: 30 minutes Fira is the capital town of Santorini. Enjoy 1 hour and 20 minutes of free time there. Then, there are 2 options for the next 1.5 hours: 1) take a cruise to the volcano and hot springs (extra charge - ask your guide because this option is available only in high-season months and when the weather approves) 2) stay longer in Fira and enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants overlooking the breathtaking Caldera of Santorini.

The Trip was amazing you will see a lot of great places in the beautiful island of santorini during this daytour. The village Oia is the most beautiful one in my opinion but fira has also breathtaking sea views with a spectacular scenery. Its really the best way to see santorini in just one day.
We had a great time on the day trip, Oia was beautiful, we got some amazing pictures and had a wonderful time exploring and shopping. The second half of the day in Fira was also very fun, though we thought just being in Oia for the day would have been just fine, there was nothing to do in Fira we couldn't have done in Oia.
