This was one of the more finer parts of my destination To the Greek island Crete.....a beautiful place called Chania which is towards the western isle by journeying The less rocky looking side of the island...... It has a lovely baking Sun and palm trees down the roadsides which lead you through to some of the Most Historic talked about hotspots....that occasionally you might be allowed to visit. .....A tour guide is usually present on a journey of a lifetime......and will give a brief outlook to the time Of Ancient Greek classicism and most spectacularly The God Zeus .....whose facial expression can be witnessed carved into the perimeter of a Mountain side .....better known as his resting place. ......it's all very exciting.....and that's just a bus journey. ......At Heraklion we stayed at a 'waterhole '....a place To sit and enjoy watching the day pass by .....whilst Having a Sangria or two. Although Crete can be a busy island to mix in with.... It has a great party atmosphere and there's plenty To do so long as your credit card has a healthy balance For purchasing...... Well worth adventuring to....which was back in the year 2005.....x
