The trip was just brilliant, got to experience both Gramvousa and Balos beach before the big ships arrived. A slight wind made things a bit spicy but we never felt never unsafe, the captain was skilled and very careful to provide us with a comfortable ride.

Heaven on Earth!!

Reasonably pricey hence the 4 stars. Great captain, and lovely views. Lunch disappointing - a big bread roll with the thinnest slice of cheese - for £450, that was not great. Food can play a big part in the day of a teenager - seemed an afterthought.

Trip with Chania Sailing Cruises.

Very relaxing, good service on board. Nice views of the beach of Balos and a visit to Granvousa Island. Climb to the fort. Where you have a spectacular view over the bay.

Need to improve

I have booked this trip for me and my couple (august 2022).
1. On the web the price was 480 but when you try to book it was already 580e.
2. I was desapointed when a saw the boat. very small and cheap for the price!!!
3. it says max 6 people. Comon!! on this boat 6 people?? Imposible!
4. The company must prepare the staff for nonstandart situation. It started raining a lot on the trip and the "driver" didn´t know what to do! He wanted to stay in the place under the rain instead of going away. We had to ask the guy to move from the rain.
5. The roof of the boat was not inpermeable (made of wet fabric) and we could not hide from the rain . We were under the roof and from the roof it was raining the same as from the sky. Not respectful at all to the clients.

In general the trip was very nice. We enjoy the time with the guy as well. Nice views, snorking. Just for me expencive.
