The snorkeling and stand up paddle boarding was really fun, equipment was in good condition, hotel pick-up and drop-off was super convenient, staff were lovely, gave clear instructions and we got plenty of GoPro photos of both our activity sessions.
We were kitted out with fins and a good quality mask before being driven down to the harbour with the rest of our group (10 in total) a guide and a skipper for our boat. He took us across the bay to our paddle boarding site. We were kitted out with life jackets boards and paddles. Those who hadnтАЩt done it before got a brief instruction before they started and off we went. Note here that my 10 year old son had to share my paddle board - this was a little disappointing as he paddle boards on his own at home but we understand that health and safety rules need to be adhered to. The sea was lovel and flat in the bag and it was easy to stand up on the board. Our guide Maria took photos of us all during the trip which made lovely free downloads when we finished.
Next we travelled to our first snorkelling spot. Again we were given good instruction and then left to explore for about an hour. I was amazed at the number of fish we saw. Having read reviews I though weтАЩd only see a few but there were lots of large shoals of fish.
We made a third stop for some more snorkelling where we saw lots of urchin and then returned to the harbour. We then drove back to the dive centre to give our contact details for the photos before being driven home. Both my kids (15 and 10) declared it the best day of our holiday. Highly recommended
