The staff was absolutely amazing! They were super friendly and helpful and made sure we had a fanatic time. They also took pictures of us and sent it to us. I would highly recommend them as they had the best customer service and lowest price compared to others.
This was our first parasailing experience and it was incredible. We were nervouse about it since we can't swim, but we didn't touched the water. The crew explained everything with calm and it was easy for us to understand what to do. Also the 'Taxi' surprise was very nice. The crew and the captain are amazing, i can't wait for the next trip.

This morning myself and two children (aged 12 & 9) had an amazing parasailing experience. All the Ikarus staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. We had left our details with the lady on the booking desk a couple of days prior for her to text and let us know when weather conditions and availability would be best. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience including the short sofa boat jet ski tow to the main boat. Would definitely recommend this family run business who ensured we were happy and got a great experience. Pricing was also excellent and well worth it. Thank you Ikarus!
