Discover the underwater beauty of Crete on a 3-hour guided tour around Souda Bay, the Mediterranean's largest natural harbor. Cruise across the clear waters to some of the most interesting snorkeling spots near Chania, and explore the marine world of reefs and caves. You will also be given the option to try Stand Up Paddling, if you wish. Grab a nice stable board and glide over the crystal blue waters of Chania, under the guidance and the supervision of our highly skilled staff. You will enjoy different destinations of shallow, transparent waters, with top quality snorkeling equipment, guided by professional PADI certified instructors. The program is available twice a day, either in the morning at 9:00am or in the afternoon at 2:00pm, depending upon availability and weather conditions. It is such a nice break from reality and immerse yourself in the underwater world of peace, tranquility and unique beauty. You’ll be surprised how nice and easy it is and your kids will love it.

Aquatic fun, really well organised

Really great activity. The snorkeling and stand up paddle boarding was really fun, equipment was in good condition, hotel pick-up and drop-off was super convenient, staff were lovely, gave clear instructions and we got plenty of GoPro photos of both our activity sessions.

Fun, professional and friendly.

Professional company, friendly helpful staff, excellent communication and pick up service, fun activity doing something a little more than just chilling on the beach or by the pool. We saw plenty of fish, were given the option of trying out the SUPs, kayaks or peddle boats, 2 lovely locations for snorkelling with good equipment provided. We didn’t need wetsuits really though after 20 minutes or so it was getting a little chilly when we moved to the next location for more snorkelling. Very efficient company, definitely work a day out with them.

Fantastic fun for all the family

Booked this trip with Get Your Guide before we arrived in Crete. Our accommodation did not look far from the dive centre so we declined the offer of transport. However, when we walked to the dive centre the day before we found it would be a 20 min walk in the middle of the day with no shade. My husband popped in and it was no problem to arrange to be picked up the next day for our trip. We were kitted out with fins and a good quality mask before being driven down to the harbour with the rest of our group (10 in total) a guide and a skipper for our boat. He took us across the bay to our paddle boarding site. We were kitted out with life jackets boards and paddles. Those who hadn’t done it before got a brief instruction before they started and off we went. Note here that my 10 year old son had to share my paddle board - this was a little disappointing as he paddle boards on his own at home but we understand that health and safety rules need to be adhered to. The sea was lovel and flat in the bag and it was easy to stand up on the board. Our guide Maria took photos of us all during the trip which made lovely free downloads when we finished. Next we travelled to our first snorkelling spot. Again we were given good instruction and then left to explore for about an hour. I was amazed at the number of fish we saw. Having read reviews I though we’d only see a few but there were lots of large shoals of fish. We made a third stop for some more snorkelling where we saw lots of urchin and then returned to the harbour. We then drove back to the dive centre to give our contact details for the photos before being driven home. Both my kids (15 and 10) declared it the best day of our holiday. Highly recommended

Great excursion during our cruise.

We had a fabulous few hours with our guide Josh. He made us feel welcome and broke the ice with his laid back style and causal conversation. He was able to show the group an octopus and a few other sea offerings. Transportation was easy and efficient from the cruise port. Would totally book with Omega again.
